OnePlus, the global technology brand, officially introduced OnePlus Care, its unique post-purchase program designed to deliver a superior and holistic after-sale experience to its consumers. This innovative initiative is open to all OnePlus legacy users from OnePlus One to the recently launched OnePlus 7T and will include a host of benefits.
For OnePlus, its users are a priority and have always been at the core of everything they do, right from how they build their products to creating platforms to bringing the community together to celebrate, share feedback and engage with the brand. The OnePlus Care program was envisioned with the community in mind and is another step towards enabling a superior experience for users.

All OnePlus users can avail these benefits on the dedicated OnePlus Care app that is available on the Google Playstore. For each OnePlus device owned, ie. each IMEI number will grant users access to benefits as applicable to the model. Phase I of the OnePlus Care Benefits program has already been rolled out with more benefits expected in the coming months.

Free 1-Year extended warranty for OnePlus 6T models and above
Flat 50% off on battery replacement with zero labour charge for OnePlus 3, OnePlus 3T, OnePlus 5, OnePlus 5T and OnePlus 6 devices.
An upgrade plan for all models on OnePlus phones that offers a competitive price and an additional offer when you trade in your old OnePlus device and upgrade to a new OnePlus.
